Today…
I met Marissa’s best friends, Sarah and Maggie, and they are some of the coolest chicks I have ever met in my life – Marissa exempted of course. I made spaghetti carbonara on a whim for them and then watched the Iowa caucuses while we got shitty on red wine and crunchy Stellas. That leads me to the next major point:
Barack Obama won the Iowa caucuses.
Finally, there’s a reason to have faith in the American electoral process. All of the hype and hope have paid off, and there is a clear vision of a positive future for this country.
My life and the world are both on the most amazing path possible. Nothing can bring me down today.
